Ally-bee.com is a website operated by Ally Bee Ltd and the term 'Ally Bee', 'us' or 'we' refers to Ally Bee Ltd whose company registered office is The Coach House, Ealing Green, London W5 5ER, England. Our company registration number is 8505517 and is registered in England. Our VAT number is 168838944. The term 'you' refers to you as the user or viewer of our website.
We may modify the TOS from time to time and without notice and any changes made after you have placed an order will not affect that order unless we are required to make the change by law.
All orders will require you to order from the site as a guest or you may select to go through a quick and simple registration process. When you use the site as a guest or register you are required to provide information about yourself that is true, accurate and current. Should any of your registration information change, please notify us at the following email address firstname.lastname@example.org.
Please keep the account password you provide us secure.
PLACING AN ORDER
All orders are subject to acceptance by us and availability. All details you provide us must be true and accurate and you need to be an authorised user of the credit or debit card used to place your order and ensure there are sufficient funds to cover the cost of the goods.
You undertake that all goods ordered by you are for your own private and domestic use only and are not for resale. Ally Bee reserves the right to restrict multiple quantities of an item shipped to any one customer or postal address.
After you place an order you will receive an order confirmation acknowledging we have received an order. This email is not an acceptance of your order, just a confirmation that we have received you order.
We will confirm our acceptance of your order to you by sending you a further email confirming the goods have been dispatched.
We reserve the right to not accept your order in our discretion for any reason whatsoever without liability. Examples of when this may occur include the item ordered being out of stock, or does not satisfy our quality control standards or that you do not met the eligibility criteria set out in the TOS.
We accept payment online using MasterCard, VISA, American Express and Maestro and PayPal. We do not currently have the facility to take payments over the phone. All credit card details are entered on a secure page via Shopify and are processed through Shopify.
The default price shown is in GBP Sterling (£) inclusive of VAT at the applicable rate. The price of a product displayed on the site at the time the order is placed will be valid except in the case of clear and unmistakable error.
If your credit card is not denominated in GBP Sterling (£), the final price will be calculated in accordance with the applicable exchange rate on the day the card issuer processes the transaction.
Promotions and promotion codes cannot be used in conjunction with other promotion code or offers unless otherwise stated and are only valid for a limited time. There is no cash alternative.
The price of an item does not include delivery charges. Our delivery charges are as advised to you during the check out process before your submission of your order.
If your delivery is outside of the UK you may have to pay import duties and taxes which may be levied once a shipment reaches your country. It is your responsibility to pay any additional charges for custom fees and clearance and note that customs policies and fees vary from country to country and are outside our control or responsibility.
We cannot advise you in advance of any proposed reduction in prices or reimburse you the difference in the event that an item you order is subsequently reduced in price.
PRODUCT IMAGES AND DESCRIPTIONS
While every effort has been made to portray items accurately, slight variations may occur in knitted garments. This is due to the subtle variations in colour and weight of bespoke and limited edition yarns and the manufacturing process, most of which has been produced on manual hand-frames. All measurements are approximate and while we make every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours of our products, computer screens vary in colour brightness and calibration and we cannot guarantee that your display of any colour will be completely accurate.
If you receive a faulty item please contact us immediately to arrange return or exchange.
You have the right to return your order in non-sale periods within 14 days of receiving it as long as it reaches us in the same condition as it was received by you. Products must be returned unworn, unwashed, free of odour and in their original packaging with labels properly attached. To return the item you need to contact Ally Bee at email@example.com and inform us of the return, and you will be provided with details of how to make the return.
For purchases made prior to 17th September 2018, a free return service is available for deliveries within the UK on non-sale items. You will be asked to complete the return form attached to your invoice and place the completed form, along with your items, in the original postal box and ensure it is suitably sealed.
Unless otherwise stated, we will not refund delivery charges.
Unless otherwise stated we will not refund any delivery charges if you cancel after 14 days. Free returns are not applicable on sale items.
For purchases made on or after 17th September, returns shall be made at the customer's expense. Instructions will be provided by email or on the packing slip within the package.
If you are returning your item from outside the UK or bought at a discounted sale price, you are responsible for the cost of returns in accordance with your local postal service. We cannot be held responsible for goods lost or held in transit.
