Unlike imported cashmere and merino fleece, by buying a luxury Ally Bee product crafted from the fleece of British-reared livestock, you are not only supporting British farmers and smallholders, you are choosing an annually renewable resource with zero air-miles in production. In addition you have the peace of mind the animals producing these fleeces are cared for in accordance with strict British animal welfare standards and are reared non-intensively in the British countryside
Q. WHAT METHODS OF PAYMENT DO YOU ACCEPT?
We accept online payment using MasterCard, VISA, American Express, Maestro and PayPal. All transactions are taken in pound sterling (£). All payments are taken in a secure environment, administered and processed by Shopify.
Q. DO YOU DELIVER OUTSIDE THE UK?

Q. HOW MUCH WILL POSTAGE COST ME AND HOW LONG WILL DELIVERY TAKE?

Q: What is the Ally Bee Returns Policy?
We are confident you will love your British-made natural fibre Ally Bee garment but if for some reason you are not happy with the product then we will happily offer an exchange or refund on items returned within 14 days of receipt so long as it reaches us in the same condition - unworn, unwashed, with tags still in place - as it was received by you. If you wish to return a non-sale item please inform us in writing immediately to firstname.lastname@example.org stating the invoice number and item you wish to return and you will be sent a postage label for returns. Please use the original packaging to send back returns. Please affix postage label to the original packaging to your parcel as this will cover the cost of return postage in the UK. Please note we closely quality check all returns and will not refund items in a used condition or smelling of fragrance or odour and such items will be returned to you.
If you have purchase items at a sale price or you are outside the UK unfortunately there is no free returns service. You must ensure you have the item insured for postage as we do not take responsibility for refunds of lost items. The package must be clearly addressed to:

Q: What is the Ally Bee Sale Returns Policy?
During sales periods we will happily offer an exchange or refund on items returned within 14 days of receipt however return will be at your expense.
Please allow 14 days for us to process your return. You will receive an email from us to confirm safe receipt of your parcel and when the refund is processed.
If you cancel your whole order within 7 days of receiving it we will also refund the standard delivery charge in accordance with the Distance Selling Regulations. If you paid for Premium delivery we will only refund the cost of Standard delivery. Unless otherwise stated, we will not refund any delivery charges if you cancel within 7 days but only cancel part of your order. Returns posted from outside the UK must be paid by you.
Q: HOW DO I PLACE AN ORDER?
Browse the website and find a product you want by using the drop down menus on the top of the screen for a personal computer, or often found on the left of the screen if you are using a mobile device or phone. Or, if you know exactly what you want, use the online search function at the top right of the site to quickly locate the item/s.
On the product page select the item and if applicable, click on the size you want and click on the ‘Add to Basket’ box. You may then choose other products and repeat this process to add other products to the basket.
At any point you may click on the Shopping Basket icon at the top of the page to view the items you have selected. When you have chosen all of your items select ‘Proceed to Checkout’ and this will take you to the Checkout section. If you want to buy another product click on ‘Continue Shopping’. If you have a discount voucher code, please enter it in the ‘Coupon Code’ box, click ‘Apply Coupon’ and the deduction will appear on the subtotal. If you are ready to buy, click on the ‘Secure Checkout’ button.
You will then enter a secure online checkout where you may pay by a selection of credit cards or Paypal. If you have registered with us online before, enter your email address and password, if not create a new account then follow our simple checkout instructions. Your order will not be placed with us until you clicked the box confirming you have read our Terms & Conditions, and you then click the ‘Place your Order’ button and you reach our Order Confirmation page.
You will get en email from us to confirm we have received your order.
When your order has been dispatched you will receive another email from us confirming this.
Q. DO I NEED TO SET UP AN ACCOUNT TO PLACE AN ORDER?
No, you can order as a guest, but it is a very simple, and secure, process to register on the site, it requires a minimum of time as it will only need to be done once and will make future shopping with us an even easier experience.
Q. WHEN AM I CHARGED FOR MY ORDER?
A. Payment for your order is taken at or around the time your order is placed.
Q. HOW WILL I KNOW IF YOU RECEIVED MY ORDER?
A. You will receive an email confirmation from us advising that your order has been received and will be processed shortly. If you do not receive this email please check your spam or junk mail folders as your security settings on your email may have directed them there. If you have not received this email, please contact us straight away on email@example.com.
Q. IS A SIGNATURE REQUIRED UPON DELIVERY OF MY ORDER?
A. All orders require a signature upon delivery. If you are not available at the time of delivery the item will be left with a neighbour, or it will be returned to a nearby Royal mail sorting office. You will receive a calling card to let you know where the parcel is and you may collect at your convenience.
Q. WILL THE ITEM BE EXACTLY THE SAME COLOUR AS ON THE WEBSITE?
A. Ally Bee uses high quality images on its website to reflect garment colour accurately. However, the colour you view on your screen or mobile device is highly dependent on your monitor and therefore fluctuations may occur.
Q. HOW DO I CHOOSE THE CORRECT SIZE?
A. Please use our sizing charts to get a view on measurements and sizings, and also refer to individual product descriptions.
Q. HOW CAN I USE A PROMOTIONAL OFFER CODE ONLINE?
A. Please enter your offer code in the shopping bag and this will then apply any discounts you are entitled to. Only one offer code can be used at a time. Discount codes and promotions cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer unless specified.
Q. CAN I USE DISCOUNT CODES ON SALES ITEMS?
A. No, offer codes can only be used on full price items, unless otherwise specified.
Q. CAN I ADD TO AN ORDER PLACED EARLIER IN THE DAY?
