We deliver via the Weengs courier agency, or Royal Mail and you will be provided with a barcode to track shipping progress. Orders outside the EU are generally delivery via Royal Mail's Parcel Force. Purchases delivered within the UK require a signature and may not be shipped to PO boxes. If you are not in when your package is delivered, the postman or courier will leave a card to to arrange collection at a later date. On occasion the package may be left with a neighbour. We endeavour to send out all items within 24 hours of receiving your order.
If your order comes in two deliveries you will not be expected to pay postage twice.
NOTE: For all deliveries outside the EU you may be liable to pay duty, customs or import duty levied once the package reaches your destination and you will be responsible for this as we have no control over these charges or any delay this may cause and we cannot predict such charges.
EASY FREE UK RETURNS* WITHIN 14 DAYS
We are confident you will love your natural fibre Ally Bee garment or accessory but if for some reason you are not happy with the product then we will happily offer an exchange or refund on items returned within 14 days of receipt so long as it reaches us in the same condition – unworn, unwashed, with tags still in place – as it was received by you. *We offer a FREE UK RETURNS SERVICE on all non-sale items. To use this service please email firstname.lastname@example.org and we will send you a Collect + Free returns label.
Returns are normally processed within 10 working days of receipt, once the returned products have been received to us. Upon inspection of the returned product, Ally Bee will issue a full refund less the original delivery charge. In the unlikely event that an item is returned to us in an unsuitable condition, Ally Bee reserves the right not to refund the item and arrange to send the item back to you at your expense. A refund confirmation email will be sent to you once your return has been processed. If your item is a sale item, you will need to arrange for the safe delivery of the item back to Ally Bee at your own expense. The address for this return is:

INTERNATIONAL RETURNS – A free returns service is not available outside the UK and you will be responsible for return postage costs. Please ensure insured postage as we do not take responsibility for refunds of lost items. The package must be clearly addressed to:

Sale Period Returns Policy
During sales periods we will happily offer an exchange or refund on items returned within 7 days of receipt. Sale price items will need to be returned by you at your expense.
If you cancel your whole order within 7 days of receiving it we will also refund a Standard Delivery charge in accordance with the Distance Selling Regulations. Unless otherwise stated, we will not refund any delivery charges if you cancel within 7 days but only cancel part of your order.
Return of Gifts
Please note that items bought as gifts can only be refunded to the original payer, however, we are more than happy to offer another item in exchange or part exchange for the goods as long as the value of the item is the same or greater than the original. Details of the original purchaser must be provided.
